Once we review your resume we will determine whether your background and experience fall within the general parameters of our client companies job specifications. If so, one of our search consultants will contact you to discuss your personal and professional goals and interests as well as a specific job opportunity. If, at that point, you are interested in the learning more, then we will discuss next steps. WE will not present you to a client company without your explicit consent.

Q- What if I am not interested in the position presented?

If you are not interested or your qualifications and experience do not match our client’s job specifications, then we will record your information and keep you informed of future opportunities that are more suitable.

Often our best candidates are not actively looking but wish to be kept informed of exceptional opportunities. Today’s business climate of mergers, acquisitions and cutbacks often necessitate this posture.

Q- What is Direct Marketing?

If you are not quite sure, then you are probably at the wrong site. We place only experienced Direct Marketing professionals.
